CFRA Ice Pop Auto Filling and Sealing Machine is suitable for filling and sealing the smaller mouth plasticbottle of polyethylene. It's specially for filling liquids and viscosity materials such as ice pop, juice, jelly drinks and so on. It's full automatic process, from handing bottle, blowing bottle, filling, heating, sealing, sealing to outfeed.

Construction:
1. PLC Control, Mechanical & electric process
2. Running automatically from hanging filling, heating, sealing to discharging
3. Two-step piston filling device permits adjustment of filling quantity, no bottle no filling, filling with vacuum process
4. Two-step sealing make sure the film firm, and have a high percent of finished product.
5. Feeding materials from charging bucket automatically.
6. Auto outfeed
